Classes
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their
babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body
toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the
environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness
instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller
Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed
to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of
exercises specific to her role as mom.

Strides 360 is designed for the mom with (or without) kiddos in tow who is seeking a more intense workout with more cardio. This class is a high-intensity workout especially for moms WITHOUT their kids but still is also stroller friendly class.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class
designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout
combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to
help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from
the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body,
increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for
motherhood.
Our Village - FIT4MOM New Tampa
Our Village-Fit4Mom New Tampa is another way to connect with moms in
our area. You do not have to be a Stroller Strides member and it's FREE
to join! If you are looking for a playgroup for your little one(s), a
fun night out with other moms, or an opportunity to do something for
your community, we have what you are looking for.
Run Club is for all levels, whether you're preparing for an upcoming
race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas. Our run
program allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect
with other moms through two styles of class: Run Clinics and Run Days.

Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.
